Product Features
1. The explosion-proof pressurized cabinet mainly consists of the cabinet body, automatic control system, gas distribution system, alarm system, and power distribution system; the cabinet body is composed of a positive pressure chamber and an auxiliary chamber. The positive pressure chamber houses the user's power distribution system components, while the auxiliary chamber contains the automatic control system.
2. The cabinet-type explosion-proof pressurized cabinet adopts the "Ergong Explosion-Proof" frame structure, with the main and auxiliary panels arranged in left-right, top-bottom, or console styles. It is installed via cable trench base, with bottom wiring, front door operation, and maintenance access from the front or rear door.
3. The box-type explosion-proof pressurized cabinet is made of high-quality steel plate or stainless steel welded structure, with the main and auxiliary panels arranged in a top-bottom configuration. It is mounted as a hanging type, with bottom wiring, front door operation, and maintenance.
4. The console-type explosion-proof pressurized cabinet is formed by folding and welding high-quality steel plates, with the main and auxiliary panels arranged in a front-back structure. It is installed as a base type, with bottom wiring and console operation.
5. The explosion-proof pressurized cabinet is divided into ventilation type and compensation type based on the air intake method. The ventilation type provides uninterrupted continuous air supply, allowing the working heat of components in the positive pressure chamber to be carried away by the airflow, offering excellent heat dissipation. It is suitable for addressing the heat dissipation issues of high-power explosion-proof frequency converters. The compensation type provides intermittent air supply, requiring the positive pressure chamber to have good sealing to ensure low air consumption.
6. Users must provide an air source for the explosion-proof pressurized cabinet, which should be: purified air or nitrogen, with an air source pressure of 0.2 to 0.8 MPa. Typically, the instrument air available at the user's site can meet the requirements.
7. The steel plate material for the explosion-proof pressurized cabinet is generally GB710-88 cold-rolled steel plate, but GB3280-84 stainless steel material can also be used according to user requirements.

Explosion-Proof Principle
The explosion-proof pressurized cabinet adopts the explosion-proof measure of isolating the ignition source with a medium. That is: the electrical components used by the customer are installed in a cabinet filled with positive pressure clean gas, so that the flammable and explosive mixed gas in the external environment cannot come into contact with the electric sparks or dangerous temperatures generated by the electrical components during normal operation, thereby achieving the purpose of electrical explosion protection.
